For legal entities
SISBIZ enables the mutual exchange and processing of data on the indebtedness of legal entities, for the purposes set out in the second paragraph of Article 21 of the ZCKR-1. Banka Slovenije ensures the proper and unimpeded functioning of the system, while the accuracy and updating of data are ensured by banks, savings banks and other loan provider.
All legal entities have two basic rights – the right to know their own data in the system and the right to correct their own data in the system.
Common questions
In accordance with the ZCKR-1, a legal entity has the right to be informed about the processing of its own data in the SISBIZ system, including information on which SISBIZ member provided the data to the system.
A legal entity can access its own data electronically via Moj SISBIZ web application, where the data in SISBIZ is available immediately after registration and payment for access.
A business entity, as the authorizer, can authorize another business entity to obtain its debt data from the SISBIZ system. For this purpose, the business entity must complete an authorization form, and the authorizer's signature on the authorization must be notarized.
A fee is charged for using the Moj SISBIZ web application in accordance with the current Tariff of the Bank of Slovenia.
If a legal entity has justified objections to specific data exchanged about it through the SISBIZ system, it can request the deletion, modification, or correction of the data from the system member who reported the disputed data.
The legal entity exercises this right electronically via the Moj SISBIZ web application. If a request for data correction is submitted through the Moj SISBIZ application, the request is automatically redirected to the specific member for resolution without any delay.
A legal entity can also exercise the right to correction in writing to the system member, using the form submitted to the member that reported the disputed data to the SISBIZ system.
The system member must inform the legal entity whether the request is justified or not within the period specified by the ZCKR-1, in the manner defined by the legal entity in the request, and make the corrections in the SISBIZ system within the same period.

ESG Data
Data on environmental, social, and governance factors of business entities (ESG data) are key information about the sustainability aspects of business operations. Banks use this data when assessing and managing credit and other types of risks, and it is also important for fulfilling reporting obligations and disclosures. By including ESG data, banks can more easily identify and assess potential negative financial impacts related to the operations of business entities.
In the SISBIZ system, ESG data is collected and processed based on the responses of business entities to the ESG questionnaire.
This is a standardized questionnaire, designed so that a business entity enters all necessary ESG data into the SISBIZ system once, provided the data does not change during the year. The entered data is available to all banks for all their purposes, which significantly reduces the administrative burden for companies and enables easier compliance with ESG reporting requirements.
A business entity reports ESG data to the SISBIZ system for the first time based on an invitation from a bank, specifically when entering into or carrying out a credit transaction with the bank.
ESG data are entered via the Moj SISBIZ web application. The business entity arranges access to the application in accordance with the instructions described on this website in the section "Access to the Moj SISBIZ application

Popravka:
Windows 11: KB5066835 (14. oktober 2025)
Windows 10: KB5066791 (14. oktober 2025)
