At Banka Slovenije’s cash desk at Štefanova ulica 1 you can:

• exchange damaged banknotes

• exchange tolar banknotes and payment notes

• exchange small quantities of coins (members of the public only)

• purchase numismatic products

Opening hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 9 am to 1 pm

• Wednesday: 9 am to 1 pm, 2 pm to 3.30 pm

Important Notice: Banka Slovenije cash desk will have different operating hours than usual on the following days:

• Wednesday, December 24, 2025: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

• Wednesday, December 31, 2025: Closed
