Order collection for 2026 numismatic products has been completed

At Banka Slovenije, we received 2,135 orders for numismatic products for 2026 via the online app. This is approximately twice as many as in previous years, which may indicate increased interest in numismatics. Those of you who reserved the items will be able to collect them presumably in May or June 2026 at the point of sale you selected when placing the reservation. You will be notified of the start and end of the collection period for the reserved items, which will last 10 working days, via the email address provided in your order. Information about the production quantities is available at this link, while the selling prices of the aforementioned products will be published on the Banka Slovenije website once determined.

We were accepting orders for 2026 numismatic products between 16 February and 30 March 2026. For none of the numismatic products did the total number of ordered items exceed the available quantities; therefore, all ordered quantities were duly reserved for all the businesses and individuals in question. With the completion of the order collection process, any changes to the collection points or the orders are no longer possible.

In view of the available quantity of items and the orders received via our online app, from the day that sales begin the majority of products will also be available for free sale to all interested parties who have not placed orders in advance. Free sale will take place at the Banka Slovenije counters and at selected branches of Deželna banka Slovenije. Information on the release date of the 2026 numismatic products will be published in due course on the Banka Slovenije website.

In the case of the 3-euro collector coin marking the Year of the Poet Srečko Kosovel in proof quality and the set of 2026 coins in proof quality, the number of ordered items equalled the available quantities. These two products will be available for free sale (with a purchase limit of one item per customer) only in the event that customers do not pay for or collect them by the end of the collection period, despite having placed an online order.
