Summer Night at the Museum and Mala galerija Banke Slovenije
Summer Night at the Museum and Mala galerija Banke Slovenije – the twenty-second so far – will take place on 15 June. The Museum and Mala galerija Banke Slovenije are this year again preparing a diverse programme for various age groups, and on that day the museum will be open from 6 pm to 11 pm, Mala galerija will extend opening hours until 11 pm. Entrance is free of charge.
This year's Summer Night at the Museum will start at 6 pm with a Family Tour of the Museum, which is intended for families with children in primary school. After a guided introductory part, visitors will have the chance to explore the museum and its exhibits on their own with the help of our materials and guide.
At 8 pm there will be a guided tour of the museum for anyone aged over eighteen, followed by a virtual game called Atlas's Secret at 10 pm. You can explore the museum in pairs (or threes) and solve different tasks. The game includes elements of an escape game and is aimed at older primary and secondary school pupils or adults, offering a very special learning experience, which gives players access to the museum vault with its special contents at the end.
Please sign up for the event you would like to attend by sending us an email to [email protected] by 13 June 2024. After you have signed up, we will send you further information and instructions.
