The art collection of Banka Slovenije

Banka Slovenije has been building up its collection of works by Slovenian artists ever since the 1970s. By acquiring artistic works for the collection it supports the creative efforts of Slovenian artists and is shaping an important overview of art from the 19th century to the present day.

Some of the more prominent artists in the collection include Rudi Španzel, Dragica Čadež, Bogdan Borčić, Lujo Vodopivec and Mihael Stroj.
