To ensure that numismatic products are available to the widest possible circle of collectors, Banka Slovenije has introduced purchase limits for the commemorative coins marking the 150th anniversary of Ivan Cankar's birth in proof quality, which are available for free sale. Natural persons may purchase one coin, while legal entities may purchase up to five coins.
All products ordered via the online ordering system – including the commemorative coins issued to mark the 150th anniversary of Ivan Cankar's birth in proof quality – are reserved and will be available for collection at the selected collection points until and including 1 July 2026.
The orders for the proof-quality 3-euro collector coin marking the Year of the Poet Srečko Kosovel and the proof-quality set of 2026 coins matched the available quantities. These two products will be made freely available for sale (with a purchase limit of one item per customer, whether a natural person or a legal entity) from 2 July should the customers with online orders fail to collect their items by the end of collection period.
There are no purchase limits for other numismatic products.
