Banka Slovenije has today lodged a petition to review the constitutionality of the Act on the Mitigation and Allocation of Currency Risk Between Lenders and Borrowers in Swiss Francs.
Banka Slovenije had previously published an opinion on the new law while it was undergoing adoption. Here we should again draw attention to the most recent ECB opinion, which like Banka Slovenije highlights the risks entailed by the draft law.
