Donations

Banka Slovenije makes donations in support of activities that make a major contribution to the realisation of its mandate and objectives set out by law and by the Statute of the ESCB and of the ECB. Within this framework we also support education, science and research activities that contribute to the spread of knowledge in the profession, particularly concerning issues related to our work and our objectives.

Societies, associations, corporations, sole traders, institutes and foundations engaged in education, science and research may apply for donations in response to Banka Slovenije’s invitations. The goal of donations is to spread scientific knowledge of issues related to the functioning and objectives of Banka Slovenije, and particularly to provide top-quality professional education and publications in the area of finance, and to encourage activities to promote financial literacy on the part of users of financial services.
