It may perform the following services on the territory of the Republic of Slovenia:

• 1. Taking deposits and other repayable funds

• Lending including, inter alia: consumer credit, credit agreements relating to immovable property, factoring, with or without recourse, financing of commercial transactions (including forfeiting).

• 4. Payment services as defined in point (3) of Article 4 of Directive (EU) 2015/2366

• 15. Issuing electronic money including electronic-money tokens as defined in Article 3(1), point (7), of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114
