Changes regarding notifications of the exercise of the freedom to provide services in Slovenia
Dear Sir or Madam,
Raiffeisenbank Region Gleisdorf eGen as well as Raiffeisenbank Pischelsdorf-Stubenberg eGen are credit institutions according to Article 4 para 1 subpara 1 (EU) Regulation Nr. 575/2013 (CRR) that exercise the freedom to provide services in the territory of Slovenia.
Raiffeisenbank Pischelsdorf-Stubenberg eGen merged into the acquiring institution Raiffeisenbank Region Gleisdorf eGen and thus ceased to exist.
Because of the merger Raiffeisenbank Region Gleisdorf eGen changed its name to Raiffeisenbank Region Gleisdorf-Pischelsdorf eGen.
The merger and the change of name became effective by the 12th of October 2021.
Please take note of the aforementioned change of the name as well as of the cessation of existence of Raiffeisenbank Pischelsdorf-Stubenberg eGen and change your records accordingly.
