The series PRIKAZI IN ANALIZE (Surveys and Analyses) is prepared and edited by the Analysis and Research Department of the Bank of Slovenia from september 1993. Contributions published in this series tackle all professional and working areas of the central bank: mostly macro-economics and particularly analysis of the banking system, finance, financial markets and balance of payments. The contents of the articles are mostly analytical but also of informational importance. One of purposes of the series is promotion of data, experience and other pieces of information resulting from the work of the Bank of Slovenia and results of the research done in its departments. Statements and opinions published in these publications do not necessarily reflect the official policy of the Bank of Slovenia or its institutions.
