Projected release of occasional coins in 2024, and ordering of the 2024 numismatic products via the online app
Banka Slovenije is issuing a 2-euro commemorative coin to mark the 250th anniversary of the National and University Library and collector coins to mark the 150th anniversary of the birth of Rudolf Maister in 2024. Banka Slovenije will also market sets of euro coins minted in 2024, in BU and proof quality. All of the 2024 numismatic products are scheduled to be released for sale and circulation in the final quarter of this year.
In keeping with the practice of the last two years, Banka Slovenije will again give individuals and businesses the opportunity of submitting their orders for the 2024 numismatic products via an online app. We will inform the general public of the possibility of ordering numismatic products by issuing a press release on the Banka Slovenije website. Orders for the 2024 numismatic products are scheduled to be taken in the third quarter of this year.
